Who are we
St Ives Lettings – your local provider of residential lettings and management services for West Cornwall. We offer over twenty years of personalised lettings experience to both property owners and tenants, with local expertise on a wide range of property matters relating to long term property letting and specialist management.
What we do
Our small friendly and enthusiastic team who welcome all enquiries from existing or prospective landlords and are available to offer advice from choosing the right property, maximising the potential from your investment through to managing the day to day issues of rent collection and accounts to repairs and maintenance. Our service is all in house and all aspects are managed from our centrally located office with the emphasis very much on working with landlords and tenants to achieve a common goal of letting properties and relocating applicants.
Where are we
Based in the popular and thriving seaside resorts of Carbis Bay and St Ives, with its unique range of shops and holiday facilities, and coastal scenery making it one of the most visited holiday destinations in the Uk. The town and surrounding areas attract many temporary visitors and longer term residents working within the tourist industry or making it an ideal retirement retreat.
Surrounding area
Carbis Bay and St Ives are ideally located to connect easily with the surrounding towns of Penzance, Truro, Hayle, Helston, Falmouth and Redruth. The area has a good communications network, with the A30 connecting only several miles from the area. The area is served by train from Hayle, St.Erth and main station at Penzance. There is also a good local bus and taxi service. The area has some of the best unspoilt beaches and coastlines anywhere while still retaining rural and village charm away from the coast.
